Consulting Engineering Services provided complete MEP/FP engineering design services for a new 30,000 square foot community resource building This new building is part of the Worthington House Campus and has been designed to be a multi-functional building.

This facilities features 32 enhanced SRO’s, administrative offices, a reception area and a day center which is also the dining room complete with a commercial kitchen. This new center also houses a 50-bed women’s dormitory with bathing and laundry facilities as well as a medical and dental clinic. Sustainable elements are featured in this new facility including energy efficient construction methods and high efficiency HVAC systems.
