Founded by Mary Robbins Hillard and established in 1909, the Westover School is an independent college-preparatory day and boarding school for girls grades 9-12. As a result of a master plan conducted in 2014, the campus is currently undergoing various renovations, phased over 3 to 5 years.

CES is provided MEP engineering design for these projects, starting with the main building, original to the school and included in the National Register of Historic Places. All new plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems and the addition of a high efficiency VRV cooling system were included in the renovation. Work on the existing building is being integrated across the campus due to interconnecting utilities and services. The end product will be a historic building with an entirely new state of the art infrastructure.
