A new three-story, 30,000-square-foot firehouse replaced the former “outdated” Charles A. Volk Fire Station, which was built in 1963. The headquarters features vehicle maintenance space, a firefighter training area, exercise space, a modern kitchen, bathrooms, bunk rooms, showers, offices and Emergency Operations Center.
