Constructed originally as a Gristmill on the Farmington River in the mid 1600s, the building has served various functions through the years including most recently as a restaurant. The building has had very minimal structural and system upgrades since it was built, which resulted in the building now needing comprehensive renovations to satisfy its new program and to bring the building up to current standards for code compliance and sustainability.

CES provided complete MEP/FP engineering design services for all new systems for this exciting, historic landmark renovation project.
