Located on over 200 acres in the Litchfield Hills, High Watch Recovery Center is a residential medical facility providing treatment for substance abuse disorders and psychiatric disorders.

Working with the project team, CES provided MEP/FP engineering design services for the construction of a new 38 patient rooms for this residential health care substance abuse recovery center. The new dormitory style facility features the latest in energy efficient technologies including geothermal HVAC, VRF heat recovery system, LED lighting and a an 150 kW emergency generator. CES also provided blower door testing to ensure the building envelope was tight and to obtain the certificate of occupancy.

This project was completed on schedule and with no change orders.
