The historic Harbor View Hotel and Resort on Martha’s Vineyard was built in 1891, overlooking Martha’s Vineyard’s Edgartown Lighthouse, Edgartown Harbor and Chappaquiddick Island. The hotel is flanked by historic homes originally owned by 19th century whaling captains.
The renovation incorporated elegant upgrades and high-end amenities while still preserving the historic design and appeal that has welcomed generations of returning guests for over 100 years.
CES provided MEP services for the renovation of the main lobby, a 2000A electrical service upgrade to the main building, and renovations to two 3,000 sf cottages.
