This new mixed-use development will be three stories consisting of (16) 1 or 2 bedroom units, first floor business/ retail space, and a basement level storage and parking area with 12 covered spaces.
The design team used Revit three dimensional modeling for highly detailed ductwork and piping coordination, to maximize ceiling heights and overall feel of the residential units. HVAC systems work in
concert with a highly insulated building envelope and incorporate state of the art, high efficiency heat pumps dedicated to each unit. Residential units are handicapped accessible and include highly efficient
lighting and individual electric meters. The project scope includes a heavy reworking of neighborhood utilities, bringing pole mounted wiring to below grade to improve aesthetic appeal. First floor retail
spaces are set up for up to three individual tenants with direct street-front exposure and ease of access.
