Founded in 1838, Westfield State remains committed to providing its students with a learning experience consistent with its founding principle: to offer education without barrier to race, creed, or economic status. Davis Hall opened in 1966, originally as a male-only dormitory, but is now co-ed. CES provided full MEP services for the residence hall renovations including accessibility upgrades, new restrooms, an elevator, and lobby. A complete addressable fire alarm system with mass notification was also provided.
