Construction Administration
CES understands that the construction phase is one of the most unpredictable and challenging aspects in all projects PEs, LEED APs with D1 and S3 contractors licenses oversee construction administration for all CES projects and provide on-site quality control during system installation, startup and project close-out. Our dedicated in-house team performs key construction-phase activities including coordinating and responding to requests for information, managing change order and submittal reviews, and scheduling site visits and review meetings.
